Everyone's Talking About AI. Nobody's Asking The Right Questions.
The question isn't whether AI can help your business. It's whether your business is ready for AI.
The pressure to adopt AI is real.
- Your board wants a strategy.
- Your competitors are making announcements.
- And every vendor you talk to has a solution ready to sell you.
But here’s what most businesses skip: the harder questions that determine whether any of it will actually work.
- Is your team ready for it?
- Are your processes ready for it?
- Do you even know where AI would have the most impact — versus where it would create expensive new problems?
Buying AI capability before you’ve answered those questions is like hiring a construction crew before you have a blueprint. Expensive, chaotic, and rarely what you actually needed.
We help you get the blueprint right first.
The AI Readiness Strategy
This is a focused, executive-level engagement designed to answer three questions before you spend a dollar on implementation:
Should we? Why should we? Where should we start?
It has two components:
AI For Executives (90-minute session) A facilitated session that gets your leadership team on the same page — what AI actually is, what it isn’t, where the real opportunities are for a business like yours, and what governance questions you need to answer before you move forward. Most leadership teams leave this session realizing they’ve been asking the wrong questions entirely.
AI Strategy Roadmap (Two working sessions + presentation) Session One maps your current operations — understanding your vision, identifying chokepoints, and surfacing where time and capacity are being lost to administration and manual process. Session Two prioritizes solutions — where AI can have genuine impact, in what order, and how to move forward without creating new problems.
A third session presents the final roadmap to your senior leadership team with clear recommendations and a prioritized action plan.
The engagement runs between $10,500 and $18,500 depending on scope — whether the focus is operational efficiency, broader transformation, or both.
This is For you If...
You’re leading a $10M–$50M business and you’re feeling the pressure to do something with AI, but every vendor conversation leaves you more confused than when you started.
You’ve sat through enough AI presentations to know the hype from the substance. What you actually want is someone who will tell you the truth about what your business is ready for — and what it isn’t.
You don’t need an AI consultant to build something. You need a strategic thinking partner to help you decide what to build, whether to build it, and what to fix first.
Many clients who start here go on to the Growth Architecture Framework — because the AI Readiness Strategy has a way of surfacing strategic clarity questions that go well beyond technology.
Already Past The Strategy Stage?
Governance Might Be Your Next Question.
Some organizations have already moved into AI adoption and are now grappling with the harder questions: How do we govern AI use across the business? What are our data sovereignty obligations? What policies do we need to protect our clients and our reputation?
If that’s where you are, that’s a different conversation — and one we’re equipped to have.
